NOTICE: 
Deadline to enter items online is Monday, July 5th at 11:59 pm!  You can still print tags after this, but items must be entered online by this time!


1.  Register for the current sale!


NEW CONSIGNORS need to complete CONSIGNOR REGISTRATION to get your Oh Baby! consignor number.  The deadline for getting your number and entering your items for the Fall/Winter/Holiday event is Monday, July 5th, at 11:59pm.
Once you get your consignor number it will become your permanent number for all events in the future.  Please continue to use this number for each event you participate.

RETURNING CONSIGNORS click HERE to register for the FALL / WINTER / HOLIDAY sale.  Use your current consignor number and password.

2.  Next begin Sorting & Hanging your items

Please click PREPARE / TAG YOUR ITEMS for detailed instructions on what items can be consigned and how to prepare each item.

Consignors must bring a minimum of 15 quality items in order to participate in the sale OR at least 1 large item (ex. stroller, dresser, Power Wheels ride on toy, Little Tykes Playhouse, etc.)

3.  Order Tags Online and attach to items

Every item must have a tag printed with a bar-code.  You will print your tags online by clicking PRINT TAGS.   This link is very easy and self -explanatory. If you do not have access to a reliable, clear printer you still need to enter your items and contact us BEFORE  June 30th at 901-481-4156 to have tags printed.

*NOTE:  Printing on card-stock works best if you do not set your printer on the highest quality. Setting on the highest quality may cause the ink to bleed on the heavy card-stock.  We recommend using the normal or medium setting, not high quality!

Please sort your items by size and gender before you enter your items and bring them to us.  This will save you lot's of time at drop off!  It is also VERY helpful to have them in the order they are in on your inventory sheet.

 4.  Bring your items to Drop-off

Click on the EVENT SCHEDULE to find the drop-off times for this season's Oh Baby! event. 

***Please bring a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with you to drop off!  We will use this envelope to mail your check to you the week following the sale.  If you do not bring a SASE with you, we will deduct $1.00 from your check to cover postage and handling.

5.  Join us at the Consignors Only early shopping

This is the FUN part!
 
As a consignor you get to shop before the public!
 
The Consignors Only early shopping
Preview Party will be on Thursday, July 8th, at 5:00 pm.  You will receive a Preview Party Pass at drop-off.  (You must consign a minimum of 15 acceptable items to receive a Preview Party Pass.) 

Children under age 18 are allowed but we have found that the shopping experience during the
Preview Party is much more enjoyable without children.  This tends to be a very crowded event and we believe all mom's deserve a little time alone to relax and shop!  Consider getting a babysitter with a friend and plan to shop together! If you do bring your children with you please keep them at your side for their safety and out of consideration for others.

If you are a volunteer worker, make sure to enter the drawing for door prizes at the Worker Preview Party!  Write your name and cell number on the back of your pass.
  • Make sure you have your Preview Party Pass. Bring it to the Preview Party when you come, as it is your "ticket" to get in!
  • Please remember our Preview Party Shopper Policies:
  • WORKERS: Spouse, grandparents AND/OR children under 18 may shop with worker on one pass. No sisters, friends, aunts, etc. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please only bring children if absolutely necessary. Children under 12 must remain with a parent AT ALL TIMES.         
  • CONSIGNORS:Consignors may only bring ONE person (only a spouse/grandparent/child under 18). No sisters, friends, aunts, etc. Exception: Babies under 1 year allowed/not counted. Please only bring children if absolutely necessary. Children under 12 must remain with a parent AT ALL TIMES.

6.  Pick up or donate your unsold items

You can either pick up your unsold items on Sunday, July 11th, between 12:00 - 3:00 pm or leave them to be donated.   Any items not picked up by 3:00 pm will become our property and donated promptly.  Please follow tagging instructions carefully.  Any tags with a BLACK DOT will be donated, all other unsold items will be available for pick-up.

7.  Receive your CHECK!

We will mail your check to you within 2-3 days after the sale!
